Anyone have any idea how old this is? It is about the same size as a roll of dimes. THe writing is length wise and reads like a scroll. The writing is not micro printed and isn't ornate, but was meant to be seen and read. It reads with spaces included:

PAT'D JULY 6, 9-MAR 28: 16 OTHER PAT'S PEND.
SCHRADER UNIVERSAL
TRADEMARK REGISTERED IN U.S. PAT OFFICE
TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE

MANUFACTURED BY
A.SCHRADER'S SON-INC
BROOKLYN, NYU.S.A.
SUPPLIED TO
THE FISK RUBBER COMPANY

(the company logo is here)

FISK TIRES
TIRE SUNDRIES
CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS

The picture also makes it look like it is tapered, but it is not. It has straight sides and a rim on the tire valve opening side, like a shotgun shell.

Here's a much better pic. I am just getting used to the new camera. By the way, it is made of brass.

Probably teens the Date inferrs. 1909

I found one several years ago With A Picture Engraving on it Also.

Is there one on That one ?

The only picture on it it a logo that is a little boy carrying a tire on his shoulder that is almost as tall as he is. It has the caption under it that says "TIME TO RE-TIRE BURRISK" In the attached photo (taken through a magnifying glass) his head is just to the right of the O and M in the word COMPANY, and his feet are by the R in RUBBER.
