Yes it has sterling MH with arrows on each side of the letters.

ok, just thought it was similar to the one I found, but the marking are not the same.

When I found this one I thaught It was just like the one you found. I had to find your post and double check. I think they are the same size but yours has a different hallmark on the inside. This is the second ring this size i have found with a stone in it.

I think it read Just after pull tab befor penny. Can not remember because I dug a penny a foot from it. Thaught It read close to the same because I was expecting a penny.
