Got out this morning for about 4 hours before the heat hits here in San Jose . I hunted three school soccer fields and found a good amount of clad , $9.06  . The only silver found were two very tiny sterling pieces . One is a heart pendant with 4 small clear stones and the other must be the smallest piece of sterling I have ever found . I think it's a charm due to it having a hinge . Tiny silver is better than no silver :laughing7: . The other finds were a 1959D Memorial penny and a Happy Hallow elongated penny .

Love squashed pennies!

I started collecting them about 20 years ago . My wife and I get them when we go on vacations .
