Tiny mini buffalo nickel charm

I've seen mini coins before, but I've never seen one this small, and I've never seen one where the loop was integrated (as opposed to soldered on later).

Has anyone seen something like this?

Ben, this seems to be the same but the quality of theirs are inferior and sadly there's no info on them.

I emailed the seller. She doesn't have a clue. The thinks that since the thing says 1938 it may actually be 1938 but said that it's from the 1960's because "that's when charm bracelets were popular".

I remember seeing those and other coins when I was a kid in the 70's. I know they were popular then, at least where I grew up so 60's is probably a fair estimate
