Tiny Lead Ball?

I found this in an area where I am finding lots of old Headstamps. Many pre 1900.
There has been activity on this property since the 1700s.
Is it some kind of shot? It is heavy and feels like lead. It's also flat/smooth on one side. Thank you much.

A measurement could help determine if it's buckshot or a pistol ball.

Kinda, sorta, looks like a double 0 buck shot. Measurements in inches would tell the story.

It's roughly 6 mm/.25 in. wide. And near 31mm/1.25 around (with a string wrapped around then measured).
