I received an email about this show last night but it was on at 8pm and I read the email at 10pm. It looks very interesting. I plan on watching their lastest episode about Fort Raleigh, NC on their website when I get a chance. It is also on my cables On Demand menu for free. :icon_thumright:

From their website: "TIME TEAM AMERICA is a new science-reality series from PBS that sends archaeologists on a race against time to excavate historic sites around the nation. The team has 72 hours to uncover the buried secrets of their assigned digs using the latest technology, decades of expertise and their own sharp wits. Host Colin Campbell guides each expedition as viewers peer over the shoulders of diggers, scientists and historians at work. You never know what they'll dig up next!"

Since I've never heard of it before I assume alot of T-Net members have not so I'm posting their website.

I hope you enjoy.

Re: Time Team America - PBS

N.J. We have had a similar programme running for some time in the UK. It's been very interesting, especially when they unearth some Roman remains. The Queen gave the team permission to dig in the grounds of Buckingham Palace, but I don't think they found anything of great importance.
