Tiffany's silver necklace w/ heart pendent, little gold key and gold keyway?

Last week I found a silver necklace with a huge hart pendent made by Tiffany's Co. Also on the chain is a little gold key and the keyway on the pendent is gold. The whole thing weighs probably 2-3 oz. The date on it is 1997. I couldn't find any info on the necklace or pendent on tiffanys web site or any were else. I was just wondering if any buddy could fill me in some info on this thing. Also if I polish it up what it mate me worth on say ebay or something of the sort. I will post a pick of the necklace in a few days when I get home.

Yes, it was a beach find but not on dry Land, it was in about nee deep water.

Guess I'm just a soppy romantic at heart because I see things like this and wonder...when she lost the bracelet, did she lose him?
