So I know there are a lot of Tiffany fakes out there. However, I have never bought any. As with most things, who you are buying it from is often more important that what it is.

I think I bought my first fake. It's tests as silver and is worth more in melt than what I paid. It looks pretty good, but based on what I read obline, this may be a "super fake". Here is why...look at seams on rings they are good but not perfect. The lobster clap is big and heavy but does not close right (could be damage). Finally, the & in the logo just seems to close to the edge. What do you all think?

Agreed. The 7.5" (return to tiffany) Tiffany Heart bracelet should have 25 links and weigh 1.2 ounces. Yours has 26 I believe. What does it weigh?

I agree, unfortunately I think that the heart is also looking wider than the real one. And that lobster looks a little under par for their quality! But glad you got it at a deal... so no money lost!

Next time I hope you hit a home run!

It's weighs 1.28 onces. I saw the little link at the end but figured maybe that was added afterwards, but I think it's fake too.

I only paid $5 at a community sale. At the next table, I bought 12 sterling dessert plates for $6. Total weight was about 22ozs. It was a good day.
