🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Tie rod?/ horse tack?

This little item is brass I think from the color and resembles some rods online but wanted to make sure it wasn't something else.

The other reminds me of a suspender clip but it's kind of large. Could it be for a horse strap?

I was thinking a castor wheel base but seeing the hole think banjo fitting is right.

Looks like the end of a curtain rod to me.....and a strap cinch.
