Yesterday I was excited because I was going to a field 26 miles from here that I had looked once about 5 years ago. When I got there only a very small part had been harrowed. They had done some bulldozer work around the end of the field closest to the creek but I found tracks all over that area. To make a long story short I found one broken point. Maybe next time.

I then drove 40 miles to a field I look in my home county. These came from there.

This one was my favorite.

What would you call that one Americus ? I would say a big ole Stanley if it was bifurcate.

Nice save! If I found that I'd call it a resharpened Alachua. Not sure if you get those there. That was a big blade At one time.

You did good. You know that type of stone in raw is all over the field I hunt but I havent found any worked. Coastal plains Chert

Looks like you did well by returning to your local spot. Nice hunt!
