Hello All:

I have found three items that I hope someone can identify.

Item #1 is 2 inches across and obviously broken, but fortunately has the following stamped in the metal. XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and additional 224 marked over the xxxxxxxxxx's

Item # 2 is 1.5 inches across and .5 inches deep. heavy.

Item #3 is 2 inches x 1.5 inches bent and has grooved "liner". Green patina and hard to bend.

Thanks for all info. These items were found in Sandbridge, so I assume the first two items are military related, since I also found 7 bullets and a casing. The military has practiced out to sea.

Thanks

John

I can't be sure but i think it's part of a water shutoff valve. You have one in the basement. All the pieces could be from the same part. Go down and take a look.

Parts from an artillery fuze. Possibly part of the rotator which is a heavy counter weight type object.

the first one looks like part of a bell, maybe a bell off of a yacht
