Yeah , it is really hard to id without a photo . A photo will give us all kinds of data to work with . And most of the people here are able to ID things quick .

I think the first piece is an adjuster/knob from an oil lamp. :icon_scratch:

It is. Just search 'Climax patented Jan 21, 1890'. Quite a number for sale on sites.

Nice to know there are other states with towns of the same name. I'd first thought of the one in NC from when I was stationed there. Always thought the town was "conveniently" located between the Walnut Lane Bed & Breakfast and the Rocking F Farm. :love10: I'm not even going to ask about the origin of the Old Climax Road south of town.

Anyway, pics of the other two items would really help ...

Re: Three ID'S Needed

I think the brass lever is old. 2008 must be a part number or something. The end of the blade looks more worn and oxidized than the rest. Could it be part of an electrical "knife" switch?

Re: Three ID'S Needed

The lever handle looks like the lock for a sliding window. The oblong piece slides under the fixed frame to lock the window shut

Re: Three ID'S Needed

Thanks daroofa for the Id without pics.

DCMatt, yes it looks old to me also. Looks like a hole that had iron screw or bolt through it. A lever switch to something...

The circle made out of brass with the gilt and prongs is very odd. It is the size of a nickel... I still have now idea...

Thanks All. Arty
