I am by far, the luckiest relic hunter this week.
The house I have been hunting is FULL of garbage!!
Take a look at some of the stuff I had to dig to get to the
good relics.

Anyway, My last two posts

Had me reeling with great finds!!!
Joe and I hit the place again today, and I got the shock of digging
ANOTHER Flying Eagle, for a total of THREE in three days from the
same site!

I also got a 1902 Indian, a 1823 Coronet Head (Key date worth about $200),
and the usual brass odds and ends.

I know how lucky I am!!
The homeowner left out some family reunion photos from the 1800's to share.

Man, that's a great site! Congrats on the killer finds!
Another thing of interest to me, was checking out the growth rate of that tree in the front yard.
Alot of helpful info in those photos. New porch addition, the barn on the left side, etc.
Amazing history right there.
Keep plugging away'!

Joe and I were both looking at that AND the growth of the porch! LOL!

Thanks for sharing the pics. I see that tree in the front yard really grew up :D. It's not everyday you can find a house standing before and now pics. 3 flying eagle cents is amazing at one spot. I'd like to find one

And me sitting in the front yard eating Funyon's just like the old day's ;D

GREAT JOB! I like the old pictures too! Congrats...........Hogge

That is a tough coin to find. They had a short minting run, and they are just kind of funky overall.

The picture of those Victorians lounging on the grass makes me excited. There is a Seated Liberty dime there, but it is deep and on edge. You will probably need to work the yard over about five more times before the signal it makes will sound good to you.

Thanks for the advice...... I'll do just that!
