Item 1- looking for an ID on bullet to the right. It's .36 caliber, shown next to a .36 caliber teardrop

Item 2(SOLVED-Powder flask spout)- never seen anything like it? marksman rifle scope possibly? 1.375" left to right.. about 0.6" top to bottom

Item 3- Very thin ring.. it is almost paper thin and very light weight, no markings anywhere, missing stone, gold colored on both sides... Is this possibly a CW-era ring?

About your bullet:
As you know, there are several varieties of civil war .36-caliber bullets which look quite similar to yours. So, the important ID-clues are the length of the smooth base below the ring, the ring's width, and the length of the "nose" above the body-groove. Your bulet's nose and base are "shorter" than most .36 Colt bullets. In view of those distinctive charachteristis, the closest match-up for your .36 bullet in the McKee-&-Mason book on civil war bullets is bullet #498, a .36 Prescott Revolver bullet.

By the way... your .36 "teardrop" bullet with a narrower disc on the center of its flat base has recently been positively identified as the civil war US St. Louis (Missouri) Arsenal's bullet for various types of .36-caliber revolvers. That new info is in "A Handbook Of Civil War Bullets & Cartridges" by James E. Thomas and Dean S. Thomas. It can be bought from various online sellers for just $10. The McKee-&-Mason book hasn't been updated since the 1970s, so the updated info in the Thomas-&-Thomas "Handbook" makes it an excellent supplement for civil war bullet diggers and collectors ...very well worth the $10 price.
