Three Boy Scouts In Africa (book) value?

Ok hopefully somebody can help me on the value of this book. Its signed by one of the authors Douglas L. Oliver as you will see in the pic. The book is a first edition as well. Its 1928 and no tears on the pages. The page color is browning in color so not perfect condition. I would say used or good. If somebody could tell me a value that would be great! I cant find a signed book on the net or a first edition of this book, thanks rock

Here are some asking prices for similar condition books. In my opinion the autograph will add only a small amount to the price unless he is well known/famous.
