Hello there! Found this rock in the yard while digging around. Will someone please help identify the red portion of the rock.. Is it jasper? And please feel free to point out anything else that stands out..

Thanks wvwildman.. Yes I definitely see quartz throughout the whole of the rock. The deeper red stone has some black veins running through it. Ill see if I can post a more detailed pic of it with a neutral background. Thanks for your input!
Remoddled Quarts with a iron rich rose quartz.. its been melted and moved a couple of times "Conglomerating" the rock mass with surrounding mineral deposits including iron , talc, and granite.
