The only alternative would have been a Franklin Half Dollar. Frankly, I think yours is better.

I would of said... :notworthy: "Praise the Lord!" :notworthy:... maybe that's too corny though... Hey look at it this way, at least there probably weren't too many minted. HH M.

No-then worse than a hart sinker.

My very first find MDing was one of those coins. I found it back in 1976 when checking out my parents sidewalk. I think I even still have it around here somewhere.

Ah memories....

nice find!
Imagine someone made a donation & recieved this as 'proof' of their purchased
prayer.

I know that feeling Big Brother.....I know that feeling but, it also sparks that ambition inside you to keep on trying. :laughing7: :headbang: Right on! And by the way it's a nice find anyway.

Probably rarer than a Franklin half. And to remind you of an earlier find is kind of priceless.

Wonder how many others have found an Oral Roberts prayer token?

i found one from robert schuller you know the guy in california the crystal cathedral god loves you and so do i and you can count the seeds in a apple but not the apples in a seed it is about 3 1/2 inches round and solid brass heavy little buger
