I've been detecting an apparent unknown Mexican Revolution American Military Camp down in the AZ Mexico border... I really thought I had cleared the site but, I thought I'd check again... of course I was wrong there were more pieces.. and Im sure there is more out there.. I found an array items mostly I think from the military camp.. however some may be more modern... I found great seal buttons, a medic soldier collar decoration, a old safety razor handle, an old pocket knife and more!

What a great hunt!! Congratulations

Probably guarding the AZ border after pancho villas bunch raided Columbus NM. I Think That Was 1910.

that is a lot of finds for a cleared out site. SCORE!!!

Killer button recoveries! :occasion14:

Thanks everyone! Nothing like a good day of detecting!

Congratulations on some amazing recoveries!

It is always a good idea to go back to sites you believe you have cleared. Different sweeping directions/patterns, soil conditions (wet/dry), various detector brands, different coil sizes/shapes and different frequencies will without a doubt bring hunted out sites back to life. I tried this several times at one of my favorite sites and I always seemed to come away with at least one more find.

Your hunted out site produced some great finds. Hope you can find more. :icon_thumright: Congratulations.

Congrat's on some nice finds and Historical Saves. You just helped prove once more that there is no such thing as a "hunted out site". Sorta like Bigfoot or the Boogeyman.
