Looks like something you'd find on the control panel in an old plane. Maybe a foreign made plane or foreign made part for a planes aviation panel? Swiz

How big is it? I wonder if it's from a toy because of the needle pointing just to the right of the N, and it being part of the design indicates it probably means nothing.
