This Weekend's Auction Finds
Had some great finds this weekend. Went to 3 auctions. First one turned up some nice sterling items and a Stetson hat. Haven't figured out all the stuff from that one yet. Going to post something in the What Is It section. Went to 2 more on Saturday. The first one was a coin auction, no luck there, but the best was saved for last. Picked up some beautiful Fenton glass and some nice sterling spoons. They're Wallace sterling spoons, Grand Baroque pattern. The large spoon weighs more than 3 oz by itself. Its over 8 inches long. Paid $2 for the flat. There's one other spoon in the picture, its not from that auction, was just getting pictures of items before putting them away. Also got some nice Pyrex and Fire King bowls for a few bucks too. Those alone should pay for the whole auction. Thanks for looking, just wanted to share my finds with you all.
