This weekend's 2 dime boxes
Just finished off 2 dime boxes I bought on Friday that I've been slowly searching this weekend. I thought it was going to be a double skunk but surprisingly I managed to find 2 keepers in the 2nd half of the 2nd box. I think I'm really starting to like searching dimes - esp since they are so quick and easy to search (& dump).
Box 1 - skunk
Box 2 - '49 Rosie & a '43D Merc in nice cond. w/full rims - my best cond. Merc I've found yet
I've been finding about half as many Mercs as Rosie's lately - I sure hope that ratio continues for a while. And I also found 1 x 90% half (BF), 23 x 40% halves (including a beautiful '66 SMS I found on Friday) & 2 or 3 other Rosie's last week so this was a nice finish to a pretty good week (for me). But I hope this next week will be even better.
