This morning

No pictures today. Since I really didn't find anything I didn't bother taking any pictures but I did want to post anyway. This morning was absoultely beautiful! I had an appointment near Clearwater in the late morning so I decided to take advantage of it and I headed for the beach to hunt for a while before the appointment. When I got to the beach I was just astounded. The water was so calm. Flat as a pancake with barely a ripple. It was beautiful. So beautiful that I could not stay out of the water. In I went. I didn't find anything. My hunts are usually short and this mornings was even shorter than normal for me but I did enjoy it. I saw several hunters out there too. I stopped and said good morning to 4 of them and also had a short chat with another one. Ham2 and his lovely wife were out there this morning. He was telling me about a ring he found a short time ago and his wife was gracious enough to show it to me since she was wearing it. Carumba! It was georgous! I was drooling over it. What a nice couple they are in fact what a nice bunch of MD'ers that were out there this morning. OK I didn't find much, junk, junk more junk and 4 pennies but it was still an amazing morning. I can't wait for tomorrow morning!

You know the more I read your posts, the more I realize, it's not about the finds it's about the the hunt. If I ever get down to CWB I am going to have to look you up! I think one of these days we are going to see your image on one of those "successory" prints.

Just to be able to get out is a high. You don't know what your missing in life till your layed up and can't get even out to the back yard. Enjoy your hunts.

Im not sure (my memory is really lousy) but I think we have met before .... at Pine Island once? It was quite a while back. No matter - any time you get down this way.... l hope we will meet.

I know what you mean, I made it out to the beach this weekend but only found less than a buck in change but I really really loved just getting out.

After leaving the water I needed to dry off some for my appointment so I hunted at the volleyball courts. You might have seen my tracks around there. And I left about 10:30. Next time!
