The swastika has been used for centuries as a sign of good luck or "well being". The Nazis kind of ruined that much like till the 70s if some one said you were gay they didn't mean homosexual.Fliers popularly used it as a good luck symbol much like a St Christopher and one was painted in the nose of Lindbergs Spirit of St Louis.

Not in Wisconsin. It's on the Naval Amphibious Base at Coronado, Ca. (San Diego). It's in the area of the Naval BUDS (Basic Underwater Demolition School).

I remember reading about this place a little while ago.Like someone else said it is a gov't building in Ca. and since the inception of Google earth the gov't has taken alot of heat over this and are planning to change the facade of the building so as to alter the swaztika look.Lets see if they do when Google updates it photos.
