I had the itch again so I went out. I know the farmer is putting his winter crop down so I had to hurry. I was out there 3 hours and didnt find much. Got some HBers and some tools and such. I am finding quite a bit of black quartzite which I usually only find those in early archaic areas so its making me wonder. Its strange I havent even found a piece of pottery yet. Woodland had pottery, kinda strange. Anyway here is all I got. I guess there isnt enough on the stem to get an ID is there? As big as it is the blade should be there some place.

I feel for you bro. Those are evil little things. The last sick day I took was 2 summers ago, thanks to those little cuss words. Why don't they go extinct? I bet if they became endangered, some idiot would be in front of the white house, with a " save the chiggers" sign.
