Dianne Feinstein's Dredging last year while SB670 is in place

There is no difference in her suction dredging and the miners suction dredging
there is however one thing that is a bit different
Feinstein is charging the tax payers 3 million dollars to do what suction dredgers do for free and what does NID do with the gold that is a by-product of getting mercury
