This can't be...can it?

I found this iron piece at a 1920's-1930's farm. Even tho it is obviously rusted, it is still almost razor sharp! I could almost shave hair off my arm with it....What the heck do any of you think this is? I thought at first it was maybe an iron fence fenial (sp) or something like that... but why is it so dang sharp?!?!? Plz let me know what any of you think...no matter how far fetched!!! 1356556926312.webp1356557039716.webp1356557112878.webp1356556960059.webp1356556984048.webp1356557123665.webp1356557159033.webp

Historical period spear head. These were heavily traded to the native Americans in the 1600's and 1700's. I found a similar one in Maryland.

Not convinced! I'm going for end of a pointer arm from a weather vane.

I have no idea if this is a 1600s-1700s Native American spearhead or not, but if it were, wouldn't the iron be more pitted from being in the ground (and elements) 400 years? Interesting find :) Breezie

LOL Gordy; evidently I got trigger happy with the "0's." I'll correct it; thanks for pointing that out. :) Breezie
