Looks greenish to me- w/ mica sparkles and reddish- quartz. My first thought was feldspar w/ other things...

Very interesting...I believe the quartz is a bit too pinkish/red to be smoky. The shiny areas with the grooves almost look like granite. Definitely worth looking into a bit further!

The grooves are most likely due to layering as the material formed. Kind of like sedimentation only the source in this case would have been variations in the solution as the minerals dropped out. Similar to how agates form only the crystals are much larger. Another possibility is that the original deposit has been distorted by pressure similar to the layering that occurs with granitites. My thoughts. A mixture of microfine quartz with mica thru it.
