Bottom to top:
Scissors, apparent leaf spring and thick, heavy iron (cast?). The top piece has what looks like a belled end. Similar to what is found on cast iron silt pipes. This one would be around 60” circumference. It’s very brittle. I whacked it with a small, lightweight knife blade and pieces fell off each time. Thanks for looking

Looked at the cast iron piece more closely. The lip is quite similar to what you see on the old, outdoor cooking kettles. Some were used to heat water for laundry, etc. The kind cannibals used in the old movies to cook missionaries!
