Met up w Justin from here on the forum and headed out w my two boys. We had a fantastic time and we're even fortunate enough to come across this Lil guy. Funny thing is...neither of us were certain it was gold because it didn't have the same luster and when we tested it in the field...no ping! The good news came when Justin suggested smashing it w a hammer. To my surprise...it pancaked! Still not sure it's gold or silver or lead..but the more I cleaned it up...the more that yellow luster shined through...so I'm 90% sure I found my first picker!
