things you can make with stew beef

so I have some stew beef the cubed beef wads in my freezer. anyone got any ideas besides stew that I can make with it? beef stroganoff maybe?? recipies please!!

KGC: Here's One my Mom used to make! Skillet Supper!

Brown 1 & 1/2 lbs Stewing Meat in 2 tsp Shortning. Remove from Skillet & Slice Thin. Place in Baking Dish. Mix together 1 cup Sour

Cream, 1 can Creamed Soup(chicken, mushroom, celery,? your choice) & 1&1/4 cups Milk. set aside. Put 2, Peeled & Sliced Potatoes

over Meat. Sprinkle 1 tsp Salt & 1/4 tsp Pepper over Potatoes. Pour soup mix over. Sprinkle w/ 6 oz. Shredded Cheese of Choice. Top

with crushed Wheaties, or something Crunchy. Bake @ 350 90 min. Serves 6-8.

Same as above, but you can also serve over pasta instaed of potatoes. No baking rquired.

Shred it up or cut down into tinier cubes and add a good amount of barbque sauce for some nummy BBQ beef sandwiches. Great on a hoagie.

thanks those sound good. BTW chilli is usually made with ground beef not stewing beef. but thanks! LOL
