Hi Guys,

Haven't posted in quite some time, just been reading everybody elses. Plus haven't had much success lately. However, this week I got 52 silvers and a 2004 proof from 2 boxes. First box had the proof,19 40% and 2 Bens and 1 Walker. Second box had 26 40%,3 64s and 1 Ben. That's the best I've had in some time. I remember reading on here during the summer that the boxes seem to get better in the winter time. I don't why that would be true but it seems to be based on my experience and what Iv'e been reading latley.

Can we assume that your 04 proof is not silver, and is CuNi, since you didn't specify ? (Since '92, proofs were issued in both)

Not silver, but really nice coin. These are the best boxes Iv'e had. Still haven't found the 87 or a 70 yet even though I average 2 boxes a week

I've searched probably 150 boxes in the last two years, plus so many thousands of dollars more of handrolled and loose halves, and I still only have ONE 1987P. Don't have the D or a 1970.

a 1970 is only 10-15 bucks on ebay if you want one and the 1987p can be had for $5 on ebay
