Hi, I found this today in a NY park. Not sure if it's a toy buckle or not, but it is awfully thin (~0.60mm). It is pretty light too: possibly brass or copper? About 2.0865" across. I spent quite a while on google looking for anything close, but no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Todd

Looks like a strap adjuster rather than a buckle.
