It's been a snowy cold winter this year but finally all the snow pretty much melted and yesterday it dumped on us again and it's still snowing lake effect snow now but after the thaw I managed to get out a few times. I got a 1940 merc on Feb14th, rosie & 44 merc on the 15th, and finally on the 17th I got the barber quarter and 1919 merc. I've been using the D2 coil on my MXT only this year and it works great. The barber along with the 1919 merc were in a hammered area of a park, the barber was 10" and the merc was 7".

Awesome finds! i hope i will be able to pull a barber someday :D i know what your feeling with the snow i got out to a park the other day and pulled my first old coin a 1905 V nickel and now i have to wait to do any digging because we got hit by the snow again. Im in the coldwater area, do you know where that is?

Congratulations on the silver, that barber is way cool! Just goes to show ya that no spot is "hunted out"!

Keep up the good work and HH, hope spring has sprung by the time I get back to WI!

Great finds, I wish I would have tried to go out. We just got about 10" last night around Sturgis and it will be a little while till that is gone. Again nice finds!!

Looks like a decent February to me!! Congrats on the silver!

Nice digging! Barbers are fun to find! Got a Barber dime but no quarter or half yet... still looking!

Congrats on all the silver!!!

Nice silver finds, my friend. I just bought one of those D2 coils for my MXT late last year and absolutely love it. The D2 pinpoints very very accurately, has great target separation, and gets good depth

great finds !! i've recently gotten a d2 for my mxt and love it finding stuff we have walked over so many times before, the depth and pinpointing are great.

Nice finds for February. I can't imagine you get a lot of hunting done in February. I've been able to get out some in February as well in Nebraska and its been great. Usually don't get out much until late March. Great job.
