I still say that there ought to be a law!!

But, I suppose a shock to the system now and again
might be a good thing. ;)

Thanks for peeking!

I agree 99% if not for the day I stepped on a bee hive Good lookin finds I also have a lot of those tie clip things!!!!!!

Those pesky tokens!! Aah!!!!! Been there man, but hey better than a great day of work right?

How come fishy is always around smashed vehicles? Maybe he is running a chop shop?

Nice finds again.

Today was very bad for me actually. Had to take a narcotic for my neck pain. I totally agree though, no day detecting is a bad day.

Love those Boy Scout neckerchief slides, Whadi. I find them all the time at schools. Yours is a Webloes. Kind of an intermediate between Cub Scout and Boy Scout. Those gold colored tokens should be outlawed, I agree. Dang hearbreakers! Great hunt, congrats. Sub 8-)

What's worse than a gold plated token??,, An electroplated quarter. Dang novelties.
Congratulations on a nice walk.

Congrats on another productive hunt Whadi.

nice Finds as Usual !

Fishy has surprised me with his interest in cars. I mean, you should see him double clutch!! ;)

Neck pain? You really shouldn't be scuba-ing all THAT deep! ;)

Get better!

Totally agree! Any day swinging is a good day. Congrats on the finds.

Well, as long as he's not "fish tailing" as he's double clutching. :D
Ah the Blingister and his eye for "gold"! With him, close is good enough!
Nice foray Whadi! The clad mountain grows!
Is the doll bootie plastic or red clay?

I had a similar day Sunday with a lot fewer finds, me thinks someone has been detecting this school! Either that or the ground hogs (there are 4 new ones) and the homeless guy that came out from between the storage containers has been coin collecting there.
Freaked me out a little so i left early.
Still no like button

For Blingy, as long as it's shiny shiny. dontknow:

The boot is plastic. I might be detecting but I try to keep the eyes peeled as well. ;)

The reason my clad farms keep producing is because I have so many of them. There are
those who, (seeing me detecting in the same place twice), will make a point of hitting the place
when I'm not there. Pretty easy to tell. Like a tot-lot without a single penny or pull tab?

Don't get me wrong, the places I go have no "claim" on them from me. But, too many times in the same
place will call attention.

As far as shady/questionable type characters? I use "an over abundance of caution". Namely, I leave and if it happens too often, I write off the place.

Another thing that tends to cut down on the find/keeper ratio is doing the opposite of "cherry picking". It's obvious, spending more time digging iffy signals means more iffy targets. But, where one may find a lot of quarters, finding just one gold ring usually outweighs all of them. All about choice. ;)

Thanks!
