The Wife Said "No More!"... Oops:)

I love hitting sales, but my hotel job keeps me pretty busy during the summer, and always busy on weekends. Thankfully a local started a Facebook garage sale page, and people can offer items directly for sale or just highlight sales around town with some pictures. Great for saving me drive around time for those who do have the day off, and great for me to checkout while on break!

Well, while perusing the page, I saw this old gambling wheel in the background of one of the sale listings, and messaged the seller about it. She quickly messages back through Facebook on her phone, that it was antique and she wanted $20 for it.... When I went to pick it up later, there was an barrister or lawyer bookcase sitting on her lawn. I asked if it had sold, and she said no, but I could just have it. I told her I had to give her something for it, and gave her another $20... Karma always pays dividends, and I still got some smokin good deals. [ATTACH=

I've been attending auctions all of my life, and I've never seen bookcases like those sell for less than $100. And, anything near the $100 mark had severe damage and or broken glass.
