GOOD MORNING ALL !!! I have been going crazy here trying to get a new garage door installed.It is a 16x7 We purchased at Menards, I had to go pick it up with my Stock horse trailer. Got the door home. Then got the old door down. It came in 3 long boxes. One box had all the tracking and hardware, Then the other two had two panels each. Opened the hardware box and found the tracking was wrong. The stock person put the wrong tracking box on my trailer. So i loaded the box back on my trailer and went back to Menards 32 miles away 
Finally got them to understand they gave me the tracking for the 8 foot door not the 7 foot i needed got the right box and headed back home. At home started checking the the other two boxes, found out they gave us 2 top boxes . The panels were all for the top two panels no weather striping panels either, At 8 pm i called them and they said to bring them back. Wife took them back the next day as i had to have a procedure done the next day. So next day wife took them back and I went to hospital and had my procedure done. They exchanged them and she brought them back. home. The guy I had hired to install them apologized and said this was more then he expected and told me he could not do it. So i hired some one else, They came and checked every thing and told us they were missing parts and explained to my wife what we needed. My wife had them put everything back in the trailer and back to the store. When she go to the store and having to get the manAGER THERE and explain to him what was missing . He reasured her everything was there. He told her the instructkions that came with it were old and we only needed the the one sprong not the two the old instructions called for . She asked him to print out the new manual which he did. They then took all the door panels and parts off the trailer and put new ones on the trailer. While they were doing that the manager CHECKED Everything to make sure we did not have to make anorther trip There.
I could not leave my home area for more then 10 minutes a time
It has just been a hectic week.

The old door stripped its gear is why we had to get it done ASAP

To my the FUNNIEST movie i ever seen was Porky's. When the movie got over any they turned the lights on everyone it seemed got up and clapped there hands !!
