Now that I got the complete set, I feel it’s time I show off my favorite coin design.
Thanks Matt Rinks at Ghost Town Odditorium in Old Ellicott City, MD.
Thanks for looking! :hello:
You found the whole set detecting? Like the ink!

Oh no, not detecting…. While I’ve found over a hundred Mercs, over the years…..I’ve also bought, acquired, and inherited them.
But yes, I got the full book. No empty spaces.

Hey Dave, that’s a great accomplishment. Show us your ‘16-D!
Your tat is high quality art work. All tattoos should be at least that quality. Most are not.
Ok Todd, here ya go…
I think we can both agree the one in the slab is a lot sexier!:headbang:

I’m on the fence about getting the fasces reverse on my right arm
Italians in Italy have banned that symbol thanks to Mussolini, and hard far right skins are adopting the symbol for propaganda…. Not my thing.
Maybe I’ll get a giant V instead lol

Very nice on the ‘16! Has a good clear D.
When I was a kid I “helped” my folks collect coins from change. Late 50s until 64. By then the scarce 20s and 30s date mercs were already gone. Very worn 17s were still common and there were a lot 41-45s wartime issues.

I’m not doubting you at all
I just know you’re a wienie so how do we know that’s your arm?

Your merc was graded right over the pond from me.
I am friends with one of the graders.
Who knows... he may have been the one who graded that one.
