FAN DIME TASTIC! Really, that one is over the top. Bummer on the scrape but if you gotta hit it, that's the place to do it. Congratulations!
I dream of a dime that old. Mine is 1883 seated and my only seated...you guys back east, I'm definitely a tad jelly!

A truly amazing dime, and the buttons being old are neat .All this was from a pounded site.

That’s my number one bucket list coin. I’ve found a bunch of Seated, but never Capped Bust. What mode are you using for your relic and field hunts? Congrats and keep it rolling!!

What a beautiful coin! Looks like it’s in better shape than the 1835 dime I posted here a week or so. Found in sandy soil?

Killer dime Mr. Crabs

WOW, just wow that's a great looking dime!

I can't take my eyes off that beautiful capped bust dime, congrats. Its always impresses me to see how dug silver coins can emerge from the ground like they were recently dropped, even after being underground for a very long time. The hundred year old Barber quarter in my avatar still had substantial mint luster on it when it was recovered. A local coin dealer did not believe me when I told him the Barber had been dug from the ground.

Ive been keeping it in park 1, sensitivity maxed, recovery speed either 6 or 7. 50 tone

Well done!!! 🙌 Best capped I've seen since 1982 when my Mentor pulled a similar condition one at an old campground. Nice work! 😱
