The nicest bone tool I've found so far.
I got out looking for a bit the afternoon. I figured it was a pretty good day when I found the nice scraper, great point and the pottery shard with a non-typical design. Then I saw what look like the end of a shoulder blade hoe (it may have started out as one). I almost put it back because at first glance it looked broken. Then I looked again. This tool was used and used and used and . . . . . . The first two photos are "as found" condition. I'd like to point out that in the last photo, the cut area that looks wet, isn't. It's polished smooth from use. Most all the nicks, breaks and chips in it are worn smooth from being used after it was damaged.
