The new and the old...You just have to love old analog machines as far as looks go.. I think some of the older analogs will keep up with some of todays Digitals. Not saying the E-trac....but some of the others on the market today. I picked up this 20 year old Whites 6000 Pro XL today it looks like it just came off the show room floor, the guy say it only had about 20 hours on it and it looks like it...

Sweet looking machine my favorite body style of all the whites! I remember when the rainbow xlt came out I read and reread the brochure the xl pro and the xlt was my dream machine! Glad whites still makes black box detectors! Congrats on a great machine!

I really enjoy using the old whites 6000 analog machines...if I want to really get serious about metal detecting I use the E-trac...but if I just want to go out and have some fun without all the menus and programs and multi tones I use the whites analog, and I find that I am not really missing to much with it, as a matter of fact I usually come home with more coins than with the E-trac...but that's a work in progress. I learned the old Whites years ago, we speck the same language..

Nice machine and well preserved. I enjoy hunting with older equipment, especially a machine I am familiar with and used in times past. Kind of transports me back to those days, more like a time machine than a metal detector. Cheers!!

my 5900 with the 15" coil will smoke a mine lab se pro with a 10 " coil there both cranked up an on an air test picked up about 2' advantage on my trai way 200...with the 5900 white's all the way
