There was a a break from the rain for a few minutes, during which I also happened to have a moment of free time. Not much to brag about. And yet, today I am grateful for my lone clad dime and the opportunity to clean up our local park a little bit.

It’s always about the HUNT... and if I find something, it’s simply a bonus. Glad you had a great day regardless of the quantity and/or the quality of the finds...Ddf.

Any time you detect is a good time! :occasion14:

You will get use to days like that. Just enjoy your time out detecting.

Completely agree, I was just happy to get out for a little bit and swing the coil around. Of course I would have preferred cannonballs and gold coins, with more time I could've gone to a better site, etc... but it was cool to realize that I wasn't bothered by digging mostly trash. I'm thinking that's the way it should be.

Now THAT's the attitude all dirt hunters should come home with every time out! Lord knows that I am reducing my carbon footprint every time out! :occasion14:
