I've been hitting a bottle dump in Allentown Pa before opening the store. Found a bunch of bottles initially that I think were throw backs and now I working my way down.....
I'm at seven feet down now......I love these small bottles that seem to appear out of nowhere.....
Anyone whose dug a dump or pit knows how the short periods of rest are nice. While I was sitting there waiting to get back at moving another 50 pounds of dirt I looked to my left down in the pit and saw a shiny flat thing. When I first picked it up I thought it was a Flying Eagle. Well a 1914 Barber in great shape....
Hey pretty neat no detector and had it been found in a park I would of been real happy...
