I think it was Marty or maybe Big Brother who made this statement. What utter nonsense. They have no proof WHO brought it to Oak Island or WHEN it was deposited. Just because some expert said it was old and came from Europe is meaningless.

There are lots of old items that came from Europe in North America, but that doesn't make them any kind of significant find.

They make a big deal over the cross which tells me that they haven't found very much. Just because there is an odd shaped cross where some Templers stayed does not mean the lead cross is Templer. I would imagine the templers left hundreds of crosses. How many of them have the same odd shape?

If they had not went to France, first and seen the cross on the wall. And then the very next show they find the lead cross or the same show. After verification through at least five shows or more, then the lead is from the same location that they visited? Don't make sense to me. It seems as though it could have picked up as a souvenir in France?

Just a few weeks "they" dismissed it as not that big of a deal. They even all agreed that it very well could have fallen out of someone's pocket and therefore was not as significant as , say that crossbow arrow. Remember, they all felt it had significantly more possibility than the cross. Now, all of a sudden they do a 180 again.

The Lead Cross with the Hooked Top Bar is a Norse Cross ,

The Knights , after their Heinous Treatment by the " Church "

Had Shed all Christian Symbolism .

The Original Templar Cross was a Fat Bar Cross , vertical as well as Horizontal .

Plain , without convex ends , without double cross bars .

Excuse me for speaking the Truth here , but this is a Disney Production , known for Fantasy Cartoons .

I myself do not watch the show . If I need to waste my time , I can swallow some Bath Beads , run naked through
a Field of Daisies ,,, Farting Bubbles .

ahem ,, you must admit , to a Viewer ,,, it'd be much more entertaining as well as Educational .

i really do wonder about the brothers intelligence level guys. they seem to be truly amazed about items that do not seem, uhhh, highly significant. their behavior makes me feel that they have not a clue. unless, they are being cunning enough to hide something they found from us. nah.

Remember that they are acting from a written script. They are very intelligent in continuing to milk advertisers out of money.......just like all the hoax promoters before them.....as long as naive viewers keep watching and the money is coming in the acting will continue to get worse and the fairy tales told even weirder.......

No Fairy Tale here SW. It was a Reader Digest story so it is pretty real.
Logs, pit, chests full of gold, stone marker, flood tunnels... its all there bud!

that,s where i first read about as a kid. in the dentist office back when they kept people who read stuff entertained.

where can i buy my replica lead cross at. im surprised that there is not an oak island store on the internet.
