First I hope everyone who was touched by "Sandy" will recover quickly. The storm caused some very rough water here which severly limited any MDing. Even the dry sand hunting was pretty bleak. I did head south to the quiet beach and managed a small silver ring and earring. Today the water was calm enough to enter and besides a few bottle caps I came across a Canadian coin spill. $7.00 CAD in total. (2) 2 dollar coins and (3) 1 dollar coins and a 20 cent euro coin.
It's kind of neat living in an area that draws so many international visitors that you never really know what you're apt to find.
If it weren't for the 80 degree temp, blue sky and swaying palm trees I could have been in Lake Erie this morning.
Thanks for looking and good luck out there.
