O.K. I did find some good stuff too. Nana does leave me a few trinkets. ;)

Before I "cleaned" the face right off of this coin, you could faintly see the swastika and 194-. This is NOT a before and after picture. The ledgable coin is just an example of this coin. If it had of looked that good I would not have touched it.

My first and only three ringer:

Jewelry. The two rings are marked "sterling" and the cross is marked "925".

Tax tokens pic 1-AL, pic 2-MS. The Alabama one is in bad shape, but it's mine!:

From the land of the Bluenose.....that is an nice assortment of finds. The three ringer looks in great shape. Hopefully this whole year will be kind to you and look forward to seeing more of your finds!

Thanks ya'll. I feel a good year a comin'!

Rat, the nails are in the junk pile in my other post. You can't see em but believe me they're there. I did keep the best square ones though.

Those are some sweet digs but I have to say, I think that silver cross is the bomb!

Cool digs! Where did you dig this assortment?
Nana and I mainly hunt old home sites and some churches. We have one old store site we've been working on too.

I know! Isn't it great! It's one continuous piece.
Thanks.

Sorry Bob, I've only have my detector for a year now and it was a gift. I'm still learning it.
From what I've read on TNet the ACE 250 must be a great little inexpensive machine.

I believe it was an anvil. The little cap to the right is a percussion cap Nana dug that day.

Thanks all you guys for the support and comments. HH

It does appear old to me too simply from the wear.

Yes the ring has an eagle on both sides. There's no stone though and I didn't find one in the hole. If it had a stone it was glued on or the prongs that held it in are worn away.
