The excal II performed really nice today in the deep zone. The tones are different, but still are like the older model-------------.just sound little different. I will say it did seem to be more stable after finding a target in the water-------------stable, maybe more like steadier or cleaner. I will know more hopefully this weekend.

Seems deeper--------------all tickets were pretty deep today, I had two I gave up on – had monster hole - got bobby to dig up, one was penny and the other was a small sinker.

it is new, i have only used it twice................i just added like 100 more holes = 3/8"

my first ever ...................hope to use it sat..........and sun again

only use it in certain areas around here on the bay where the waves are small or zero

Good luck using the Green Machine Max. For a sifter I like the Garrett Gold Classifier pan in a motorcycle tube when I used one. I usually don't bother now as it is something extra to carry.
