Found this today at a old farm site... little bit smaller than a nickle.. thin brass.. back is pretty bad.. no attachments or backmark... dont know if it was a button or a cap off something... think it says ''The HR Company''..google pulls up human resorces.. any body know what the company is,was? thanks much!!!

here's my guess

Its maybe actually IR as in Ingersoll-rand farm equipment, see if you can find an old logo from farm tractor you might find a match and if so some collector of equipment might be needing that for the center of a hand crankwheel
