It thawed in the area where I work so I went out and punished myself for 1.5 hours but enjoyed it. It was 34F and windy. Detected a grassy field outside of a town that?s around 1300 years old. Didn?t find much but I managed a few finds, a musket ball, a bullet, an ornate badge that a hunter would where on their hat in poor condition, several bomb fragments as this area was the second most bombed town in WWII and a 2? piece of an old horse shoe down at an impressive 12?. That?s great for an XLT and the new 12? Hot Shot coil proved itself. Didn?t bring my camera cable so sorry, no pics, maybe update the post this weekend with a pic. HH, Mike

Very nice finds Mike. Your lucky to be in the land of so much history. Ever try around the Ulm area? Anyway I can just kick myself right in the *** for not detecting when I was there.....
