I finally got permission to hunt this pristine (looking) farmland. Man o man! I'm going to sleep well tonight.

That place was totally full of trash. To make matters even worse it was overgrown with everything from huge wild plants to
pricker bushes. It looks so nice from the road.

Even though I didn't find one single old coin, it was still fun. The best thing so far is the letter opener.

I forgot how much effort relic hunting can be. Kind of humbling (in a good way.) ;)

Nice letter opener. Have to get you a box and save all the keys you find. Over the years, you will be surprised at how many keys you will find. I like the modern ones. I always try them going back to the car, just to see if when I hit the button, it will open any vehicle, haven't yet.

Nice group....Love the farm's myself,Never know what you're going to pick up at anytime.Can't tell to good from the pic but does the letter opener have anything written on it?....HHoliday's to you and your's...

Interesting stuff. The letter opener is unique. Why the hole in the grip? Also like the hose nozzle. My sis collects stuff like that and when you see them side-by-side there are some subtle differences in each make/model that are fascinating.

Any day relic hunting is better than a punch in the gut, but sometimes just as painful. ;D
