With the temps at 65 degrees, I took off of work to take advantage of the balmy weather. I had four new places to try out, & they did not pan out, so I decided to head out to a park which I frequent just to come back with something in my pocket. This park has been pounded by many a detector, & for the first 2 hours, all I had was a few dollars in clad coins. The last hour I start to head back towards the car taking really big sweeps. All of a sudden this sweet sound came on my detector, when I glanced at the screen, 13-46 was flashing at 8 inches deep. I knew I had deep silver, & I am kicking myself for not bringing my new video camera. I did not know what is was until I got home, & I was happy to find out that I had my first seated quarter. The Ekusive Seated Quarter

Very nice!! Still on my list.

What a beautiful Seated Quarter! It really pays to keep the detector on until you reach the car.

Awesome find. I am still waiting for my first seated anything.

The quarter was the hardest Seated for me to get my first........and I have still not dug a great number of em,even though my partners seem to dig em all the time!!!Not many are as pretty as yours though!!!

Super find.... I cannot wait to find my first one!!!

Way to stay with it. M

Nice dig! It's true that the first or last swings of the day often yield the best finds--I even wrote a blog entry about it at the banner below. Congrats!
